Working Principle

Stainless steel air knife made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant (up to 250 ℃), suitable for highly corrosive environments and food, medicine and other health requirements of the strict scene, part of the blade using aluminium alloy 6061 to increase the strength of structure

Consists of wide straight ducts, manifolds and gradual narrowing of the ducts, through the Coanda effect (air attached to the wall effect) will be compressed air to amplify the volume of 20-40 times the amount of ambient air, the formation of thin and high-speed airflow (wind speed of up to 80m/s-200m/s)

Through the compressed air into the wind knife after the formation of high-speed thin airflow (thickness of only 0.05mm), combined with the Coanda effect adsorption of the surrounding air, forming a high-intensity impact air curtain. The air curtain can be used to remove surface moisture, dust or cooling, e.g. to remove water droplets from beverage bottles in bottle drying or to remove coolant in metal working.
