Working Principle

Technical Advantage

High-pressure vortex fan (also known as high-pressure fan, vortex air pump) is a new type of air generating equipment, with high-strength aluminium alloy as the material, has a compact structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, easy maintenance and so on. Its core principle is to accelerate the air through centrifugal force to form a high-pressure airflow, widely used in industry, environmental protection, food, chemical industry and other fields.

When the impeller rotates at high speed, the air is thrown to the edge from the centre of the impeller under the effect of centrifugal force, and then accelerates and circulates again after entering the annular cavity, forming a spiral high-pressure airflow. This design makes the energy superposition, and finally outputs high pressure and high kinetic energy gas.

High efficiency and energy saving: the pressure can be up to 12-17 times that of centrifugal fan with the same rotational speed, adopting wide frequency inverter motor, suitable for 20-80Hz frequency conversion use.
Low noise and environmental protection: running noise is lower than ordinary fans, the output gas is oil-free and water-free, in line with environmental requirements.
Multifunctionality support blowing and suction dual function: one machine for two purposes, can handle high temperature gas (some models of temperature resistance up to 200 ℃)
