Product Characteristics:

1. SWK/WSWK series air knife with stainless steel SUS304 as the body, Czohr aluminum alloy 6061 after positive oxidation treatment as the cutting edge, not only to maintain hard strength, but also to ensure reliable precision.

2. The main body generally has a pressure resistance of 2kgf/c, a maximum wind speed of 200m/s (up to 400m/s with an air compressor), a temperature resistance of 250 , and can be connected to a heater to blow hot air.

3. According to the principles of aerodynamics, a unique design is adopted to ensure low wind resistance, average wind speed, and an accuracy of ± 5%.

4. In addition to blowing water for drying, it can also be used as an isolation curtain to reduce the loss of cold/hot air.

Air knife with air blowers

Air knives are usually used in conjunction with air blowers or centrifugal fans. If you have own blower or fan, you do not need to be equipped blower or fan.

Operation process:

The blower and air knife are connected using our factory's high-temperature resistant hose. After the blower is started, the air inlet is usually connected to a filter, and gas is transmitted from the air outlet to the air inlet of the air knife. Finally, the gas is evenly discharged at the air outlet of the air knife, achieving the effect of blowing water or drying.
